Modern, clean and worth definitely an extra star.
3 stars but everything of a 4 star hotel. Nice location on esplanade direct to coastal line and therefore with see view. Walking distance from shops and restaurants, close to real center but just outside so you don't have the traffic or other noise. Modern appealing with fancy restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Large family room. Definitely advised to stay here.

Beach front with balconies and sea views even from the rooms on the side. Beautiful hotel. Very nice and modern room and bathroom. Parking is a bit of an issue. They have parking close by for smaller cars, but larger cars have to park a bit away in the city center. But overall very nice hotel close to many restaurants.

Check in was hard work as only one person the desk so it took over 30 minutes. Also, there was a small drop off area and involved blocking two cars in. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful however. One thing which I did find odd was that the hotel states it has parking which it doesn't..... its 300m away and is an additional cost. A fantastic view of the beach on the roof and nice pool.

Cela fait 2 fois que je reserve cet hotel, et franchement je le recommande. L endroit est tres propre, l emplacement ideal, le perso tres pro, les regles d hygiène sont bien respectees, et le restau est tres bon .....impec

Personnel très aimable, aux petits soins pour ses clients. Petit déjeuner somptueux et dîner de la demi pension très bien. Dear Mrs Priscilla The room reserved by you is a room with partial sea views. Upon arrival at dawn, he was given a room with frontal sea views that was not the reserved room and that on the second night it was reserved. We are very sorry for your bad experience.

Not worth it; Wifi not working, tiny rooms
My wife and I spent 5 days recently and we were very disappointed. The wifi signal didn't reach our room and despite our complaints to reception they didn't fix it. Furthermore, the toilet and shower doors didn't close properly and the rooms are so small that you don't even have space for your luggage.

Pessima relazione qualità/prezzo. Sito web ingannevole e fuorviante. Tipico hotel per turismo di massa, altro che boutique... Attenzione al cliente scadente. Statene alla larga! The worst quality/price ratio. Cheating website with unrealistic photos. A typical mass-tourism hotel, very far from "boutique". Bad attention to the customer. Stay away! Pesima relación calidad/precio. Web con fotos enganosas. El tipico y frio hotel para turismo de masa, nada de "boutique". La peor atención al cliente jamás experimentada. No te acerques o te arrepentirás!

Hotel trés bien géré et disposant d'infrastructures très modernes, trés propre , bien situé. Tout le personnel est disponible, bien attentionné et trés professionnel !!! Les repas sont des moments particulièrement agréables : tout est bien présenté et trés bon. Un seul regret : celui de quitter des gens si attachants mais pour y revenir très vite c'est sûr . Un grand Merci à Maïté ; véritable chef d'orchestre de ce bel ensemble .

excellent séjour
nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel PLANAMAR, nous étions en demi-pension et les petits dej sont tres bon le dîner sous forme de buffet peut déplaire en fonction des gouts mais dans l'ensemble c'est correct. l'accueil est très chaleureux et en français pour ceux qui ne parlent que le français cela peut se révéler utile. l'hotel en bord de plage est très bien situé, à 100 mètres du centre ville (resto et shopping).

Love this hotel! Have stayed twice and will again.
I have stayed two times at this hotel, once in Sept. 2020 and again in May 2021. The location is excellent. It is very clean and well furnished. The staff also are very friendly and helpful. I was eating dinner alone and the waiter jokingly sat down at the table and called another waiter over to take our order saying that he could be my date. LOL. The location of this hotel is very close to restaurants and shops as well as right on the beachfront. My only area to recommend for improvement would be the breakfast...and this is difficult I realize due to covid restrictions. However, the hotel needs more staff working during breakfast to avoid long lines and wait times for food. The workers were clearly working very hard, but there were just not enough of them.

Not worth the price you pay for
Overall ok but hotel is a bit old. Bathroom does not give privacy and not comfortable yet wasn’t very clean. We also booked parking 2 weeks in advance and was confirmed by staff but when we arrived it was no longer available because given to somebody that prolonged their stay. We were not even notified. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Breakfast not exceptional as written in their review but it may be due to Covid measure that we’re quite well. Location is very convenient. The price is not worth the stay at all. I’ve been in much better hotel For much less.

The hotel has been completely renovated in the last 5 years, this year we made the renovation of the reception and previously the restaurant and the pool area, we have completed the renovation of the rooms. We are sorry you do not like the style of reform in the bathrooms, the sink area is integrated into the room as an element of decoration with a Venetian mirror and stone basins. We apologize for our mistake regarding the parking space We look forward to welcoming you again soon, and hope to make you feel more comfortable in our Hotel

INCREIBLE!
Una experiencia inmejorable, repetiremos sin ningún tipo de duda! la ubicación no puede ser mejor, en 1a linea de mar y a 5 minutos caminando de tiendas y restaurantes. el hotel se ve nuevo y muy bien decorado. la habitación también muy bonita y reformada hace poco. la ducha con las luces de color lila es super relajante. la señal wifi es muy buena y el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla. el personal super amable y atento. el desayuno muy bueno y muy completo. la piscina en la planta de arriba es simplemente impresionante! sólo verla ya dan ganas de darse un chapuzón. las hamacas muy cómodas y la parte del solarium con césped artificial y camas Balinesas y vistas al mar es para relajarse y disfrutar durante horas. fuimos en pareja con nuestra bebe de 2 años y estuvimos super a gusto. nos facilitaron una cuna en la habitación para la peque, sin ningún coste adicional. no dudéis en alojaros en este hotel! no os arrepentiréis! ;)
