'Perfecte ligging en mooi ingerichte praktische kamer met dubbele badkamer. Er was enkel een probleem met de temperatuur in de kamer door een defect aan de airco.'

'The room was spacious for 5 of us. Nice, well equipped kitchen. Room was very clean and communication was good leading up to our stay and during. We had a miscommunication with check in time, but they were very quick to get to us (5 minutes) so all was well. Neighbourhood was great, close to everything we wanted to see and a couple great restaurants and yummy gelato place. We’d love to stay here again. '

We did not see a close store for groceries, but enjoyed the restaurant across the street. The only problem was the shower...no window covering for privacy and the water did not drain well.'

'No human being should have to spend a night here! I booked this place for 3 nights. After dropping off my bags before cleaning time, I returned to the room after midnight. The smell was unbearable, a mix of cigarette smoke, sewage, and mold. I made the mistake of opening the wardrobe to put my clothes away. The odor inside was absolutely disgusting, as if an animal had died there. I seriously considered leaving in the middle of the night. But being on the second floor with no elevator, carrying...

'The apartment was nice and clean and bright, in the authentic part of Florence. (Note there are about 25 steps up to the apartment.) We loved the location with bus stops nearby, and grocery store and cafe bar directly across the street where we had morning cappuccinos and purchased our bus tickets for the day.
