Apartment in a quiet condominium, which houses second homes and vacation homes. Located on the top floor, it has a large balcony that extends the entire length of the apartment. Generously sized apartment, it consists of a living room with kitchenette, two large bedrooms with a double bed and 3 other beds that can be moved and organized as desired, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
The house is well equipped, provides the basic service for cooking and coffee maker, TV and all bathroom facilities.
It is easily accessible by car, and is only an hour from Milan and 15 minutes from Lake Como. For guests who wish to reach us by car, convenient free parking is available near the house.
It is located on the third floor, and please note that there is no elevator.

For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
