'The location was quiet and convenient both for walking to eateries in town, and short drive out to The Enchantments. It was clean and had everything needed for beds, towels and basic kitchen supplies. Note there is only a window air conditioner in one bedroom upstairs. We weren’t there in a heat wave, and open windows and fans were adequate. '

'Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. '

'We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. '

'This property is beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is professional and excellent. I think the walls are quite thin as both nights. I heard the neighboring room talking and laughing quite clearly as well as a lot of thumping around from the floor above, but other than that a fantastic day.'

'The room was great we didn’t go to the gym. We enjoyed the breakfast although they’re much bigger than what we’re used to in Canada, but they were very tasty and the staff was excellent.'
