The private pool (open weather permitting, generally from early June through late September) and the barbecue area are for the exclusive use of apartment guests and are not shared with anyone else. Parking is shared. 24-hour video surveillance equipment and systems are installed in the outdoor areas of the property to prevent, deter, and combat illegal behavior, crimes, and acts of vandalism, and to ensure the peace and quiet of the residents as well as the protection of their property. Pets are not allowed.
