'The people of nicaragua are very nice people and very caring. A lot of the food was pretty nice besides a few options but that’s ok, i do not expect perfection. Overall the views were amazing, people always welcome you, you always felt safe, and the facilities are well maintained. I would say the price is fair for such a popular place and if you plan to visit nicaragua, it’s a place worth going to. Obviously always research before hand'

'Fantastic host, staff and place. I had problems with vrbo app while booking but John Paul did an excellent job fixing ever for me. Beautiful place , views and location. Short walk down the beach to several good restaurants. We were there early in the week and the beach was almost deserted. I imagine it’s a lot busier on the weekends. Will definitely be back to visit again. '

'Casa Blanca is a gem in San Rafael del Sur. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and having such view from any bed of the house is just a soul-filling experience. The location of Casa Blanca and its proximity to Managua is very convenient. The pool is beautiful and so refreshing. Another excellent feature of this beach house is how calm and safe the ocean is to swim in right in front of the house. 'The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this...
