Accommodation has conserved its original structure and layout, while some contemporary elements were added. The owners decided to unify the various spaces of the house with characteristic flooring colored with ocher, while the white lime plaster of the interiors delineates the original stones of bearing walls.The simple but refined furniture represents combination of recycled pieces and other pieces of contemporary design, with colors that recall those of the surrounding landscape. The rectangular layout of olive trees which covers an area of over 10,000 square meters defines and shapes the spaces of this prestigious house. The rich Mediterranean garden guards inside a large swimming pool with a patio by its side where you can enjoy a comfort. The estate is divided into three independent units.The main body is composed of a living area with adjoining kitchen area, bathroom and a hallway that leads to 3 double bedrooms with a bathroom /shower.The second unit next to the pool, built of characteristic stone of Salento, houses a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite.The third unit, also built of stone, includes a kitchen area, a double bedroom, one room with bunk beds and a bathroom /shower.
