The breakfast team are hilarious, sassy and wonderful. The front desk team are next level beyond. Our ferry got cancelled due to bad weather and the front of house team worked super hard to get us and bunch of other guests on a bigger ferry back to the mainland so we wouldn't miss our connecting flights. 'First off, the people were incredibly helpful. We stayed at the Bed and Breakfast, and Luigi did everything he could to help us. The breakfast in the morning is great. We wanted to check out the city on our last day, and they let us keep our bags in the room, even after check out so we wouldn't have to drag them around town.
