'Casa Luciana is a small boutique hotel in a great location. This is not your typical big chain hotel. Pretty sure there are only 8 rooms. Our room and stay there was great. Staff was friendly with no issues at all during the 5 nights we were there. Just note they do not serve dinner there, pretty sure it is only breakfast which is included with your stay. 'Very nice hotel in the vibrant Condesa neighbouurhood. Got a free room upgrade. Stylish rooms and super friendly staff. Laundry services are available (for free if you do it yourself or 200mxn to get it delivered to your room). Breakfast is included and tasty yet limited. Many options in the neighbourhood though!'

'Better than expected that’s all I can say. Staff were pretty nice and kind, room was very clean, they have hot water and all the stuff that you need to make yourself home, they even have coffee and tea! There’s no dryer but that’s expected. 10/10 experience, will 100% go again.'
