Hotel was under construction checked in at night when morning came it looked like in abandoned Hotel construction everywhere gutters hanging off it was a mess. But staff was nice pillows were extra soft for my liking. I might try again once renovation is over. Doing renovation they should not charge $160 a night that's ridiculous. I would not...

'Our experience was very disappointing. At about 10pm the fire alarm in our room began to ring, then stopped after 2-3 mins. Later, about 12am, it started again. That is when we called the front desk the first time. The clerk informed us that they were aware of the situation and it had been taken care of. We went back to bed just to be awaken again at 2am by a loud noise. My daughter got up and went to the bathroom and discovered the floor was flooded with water. There was water gushing down out...

'My purse was stolen just prior to my arrival at the property; even though I had pre-paid on-line, the check in clerk would not allow me to stay without a driver's license. I had to sleep in the parking lot and still was charged almost $300 for the stay; which I am objecting to on my credit card.'

'The room was fine and had been recently renovated. Was well done. No problems at all regarding our stay. I've stayed in the past before the renovation and it is much better now. Before it was okay, but kind of dated. Now it seems modern and leaning toward 5 stars.'

'Check in was easy. We didn’t have wash cloths and none were available until the next morning. No shampoo, tissue box only had 3 tissues. The floor was dirty and the refrigerator was wired to a wall switch, so we cut the switch off and it caused the refrigerator to cut of and almost ruin our medicine that has to stay refrigerated. Kids that obviously belonged to the manger were loud and playing in the hallway before 9:00 am. I had to dodge balls, kids, and riding toys in the hallway.'
