'This is an old building, and some of the concrete is in need of repair, but that is my ONLY criticism, and I know that in the current economy that would be impractical. I likes everything else. The management and staff are efficient and friendly, the garden is beautiful, and the bird-watcjing opportunities from the balcony are excellent!'

'Nice place for the price, especially compared to other hotels in Bloomington. Be sure to get a second floor room...they're much nicer. It's not the best hotel in the world, but it does the job for someone who's looking to a place to lay their head rather than a resort.'

'The owner is very kind and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated and the bed is very comfy. Easily walkable to IU Memorial Stadium and close to downtown. Very nice stay and great experience. '
