Nice thematic hotel. It looked a bit older an might need some renecation soon. The window glas was filled with moisture and the white curtains were removed.

Got there at 9pm to check in and had to wait 1 hour for them to clean me a room. Not only my room but the people in line in front of me as well.

The room was in bad shape. Carpet, furniture and curtains outdated. I requested a non smoking room and received a smoking room. Smelled horribly. The bedsheets and pillow cases were wrinkled and I itched all night. The TV had no signal and the hair dryer didn't work. The lampshade next to the TV had punch marks. The bathroom was missing animities such as shampoo, body wash, lotion etc. The bathtub had dirt marks inside. And all this for $120 a night. Won't be returning.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, so sorry. The staff were all very pleasant and kind. The problem is pretty much everything else about the property. Smells musty when you walk in. Beyond very dated. My room seemed to have clean bedding and towels. That’s what I wanted most. The tv would not turn on at all. Fine. I didn’t come here to watch tv. The floor in my room was not clean. Ok. I brought slippers. The shower was fine. If you’re a construction worker and just need a clean bed and shower - fine. But don’t take your wife here on vacation. Thank you to the staff.

Staff were very friendly and tried to help with limited available amenities, i,e. They ran out of hand towels then he gave us pool towels, did not have TV remote control, he brought one from other room, etc. Breakfast was okay, just ran out of juices. The room was comfortable and clean, just missing certain basic items in the room.

I liked the room and the bed was comfortable. I didn't like that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom when I expected there to be one. I asked the front desk for one but they couldn't come up with one. Also, we were expecting a hot breakfast which was included in the room cost, but the breakfast attendant didn't show up for work so no hot breakfast on the first morning we were there. When we checked out and asked for a receipt, the one they gave us had someone else's credit card number on it and the person at the desk didn't normally work at the front desk so he didn't know what to do about it.

Who has cable tv anymore? It went out more than once of my multiple day stay. Carpets need replacing and repainting is needed especially down the hallways. Hot breakfast is great with an assortment of breads and juices. Area is excellent around the property, plenty of area to take your dogs out, they are dog friendly. I have stayed at this property many times in the past years when it was Preacious Moments, first time as Quality Inn. They have some work to do but still a nice stay. Price could have been better but that is all. Enjoy the heated indoor pool while you are there.

Upside: Our daughter had a softball tournament in Carthage and the hotel was 3-4 minutes from the fields. It was also close to several restaurants and stores. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Hotel was kept very clean. Downside: The door to our first room would not catch and lock so we asked to change rooms. We were then in a room that smelled like smoke. In this room, the light over the bathroom sink did not work. The key card readers are very old and some times we had to try our cards over 6-7 times before the key card reader flashed green. This is an older hotel and in need of some up keep, but over all it is a better stay than a worse stay. Would we stay there again?? Yes!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The carpet in the hallways and on the stairs looks stained and a little dated. While going upstairs there was a strong odor of Marijuana coming from one of the rooms. Thankfully it wasnt noticeable once inside our room. The pool is open until midnight. We had a late check in so the kids loved that they still got to enjoy it. Really loved the later checkout of 11. Gave us time to sleep in and tKe our time checking out.

It was clean for the most part, but it was clearly understaffed. There was a single young man that acted like he was high (making loops through the building while muttering under his breath any time I asked for things). The building and grounds were run down and gave the essence of being uncared for. The paint was peeling in the shower, and the texture on the ceiling was falling off.

Not a clean hotel. We stayed here with my son’s baseball team. Toe nails on the carpet, poor lighting (several lightbulbs not in lamps), TV had no remote and no way to watch it. We asked the front desk to fix those things and although they said they would, nothing was accommodated. During checkout, I told the front desk of our experience and she was going to try and give us a discount. We will see with our billing. Plenty of other hotels to choose from.

After booking online, we attempted to call for an early check in and could not get an answer after several tries. We finally called the 1-800 number for customer service. Check in went smoothly when we arrived and staff was friendly. The place is moldy and has obvious water damage. The temperature control was either ice cold or boiling hot. A bed of packing peanuts would have been more comfortable than the mattress. Hope that your neighbor has interesting things to say, because you’ll hear every word of their conversation. We were continually interrupted by a confused housekeeping staff who didn’t seem to know which rooms were occupied. The access to indoor plumbing made it a step above sleeping in a car.

With such high ratings i expected more.
Right off the start I wasn’t able to get into room because the door latch doesn’t work right. They did show me the trick of pulling up on latch to get cars to activate it. Than I went to turn on tv and that didn’t work cause it was missing the cable box. The room I got was next to the exit door which didn’t close slowly but slammed shut making huge noise in my room all night with people coming and going.

The comforter was filthy and the sheets where dirty when arrived we informed the front desk clerk and he came down. He saw it and said he would note it on the account. The door would not open when we tried it 4 times it didn't open until the clerk held handle.high up

Everything was fine except the pool was not available after the first day. Very disappointing. The hotel is getting a little ran down, needs new carpet, etc… but the staff was great.

The staff members were friendly but the quality at this Quality Inn has slowly declined over the past few years. There were many "out of order" signs posted on amenities and the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par with previous stays.

Decent room for a short stay.
It was fine. Room was clean, A/C, and shower worked well. Opportunities for improvement include reinstalling a smoke alarm in room (old one missing), updating bathroom sink, and updating TV in room. Also, it took almost 30 minutes to check-in and there was no line !
