The magnificent surroundings of this villa give you the feeling of being in paradise. Waving palm trees, sea view, peace and space are the keywords of this special place. This villa with private pool and air conditioning is located in the very well-maintained area of 'Estrella de Mar' in the village of Los Urrutias'. It is only 20 meters from the beach of the inland sea 'Mar Menor'. You can sit here on the beach, walk along the water, practice various water sports or relax using the private pool and the tranquility of the villa itself. Enjoy lounging on the terrace, wake up in the morning with the rising sun overlooking the sea, or have a nice lunch in the adjacent restaurant or in the restaurant of the nearby marina. Everything is possible. A 20-minute drive away you are at La Manga where you can also go to the beach of the Mediterranean Sea. On the first floor is the third bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and sliding doors to the front balcony terrace with a great view of the sea. This bedroom also has its own bathroom (bath / shower, sink and toilet). There is also a larger balcony on the side of the bedroom with a beautiful view over the garden, pool and the sea. In the garage is the washing machine and dryer. Adjacent to the covered terrace on the right is the BBQ corner and a cozy sitting area. On the left you come out to the garden with the swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi and walk-in steps. The swimming pool measures 9X10 so spacious enough to swim. Adjacent you will find the large terrace with the lounge set and sunbeds to relax. As tenants of this house you can also make free use of the communal swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf and table tennis, all of which are less than a minute's walk from the house. There is also a field for playing football and basketball. The AP7 motorway is 10 minutes from the house and Alicante airport is an hour's drive away.
