'Very friendly staff. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed. Hotel well maintained. Complementary breakfast was fine. Wifi was slow. Sufficient parking space and easy access towards Lake Tahoe. All in all value for money. '

'Check-in was extremely easy and super friendly! Location was great as well and not too far from any important shops/gas stations.'

'Schone kamer, ijskast en haardroger aanwezig'

'I have stayed here a few times when traveling from California and enjoy the convenience of a clean room, a restaurant within the property and a staff that is attentive and courteous. These qualities are importantly to me and I have found them here. There is a slight smell of smoke due to the casino area and I’m not a smoker, but I’ve found there has been no smell of smoke in any of the rooms I have stayed in and this works for me.'

'Our room was very clean and comfortable. All the toiletries were top notch. a good breakfast was available. We will stay there again.'

'Awesome! Stayed for 2 nights with my small dog. Very clean and smelled great!!!!'

'Rooms have been refurbished very recently & are well-appointed & very clean. Some little issues due to new rooms, such as no wastebasket in rooms & outlets in bathroom not working. But staff is trying...'

'Staff was friendly, very homely feel, felt like a small community.'

'A great stay in a wonderful city. Very friendly host. Go Niners! 😁 cozy room, parked right in front and got some nice suggestions where to watch the PAC-12 championship game.'

'Tapijt was in slechte staat (gaat vervangen worden is echt dringend nodig) personeel super vriendelijk'

'Verzorgde schone kamers. Verzorgd sanitair, met een heerlijk bad. Verhouding kwaliteit / prijs: Uitstekend!'

'The room was small, but quaint. We were put into a room that had not been remodeled, which would explain the moldy shower, broken heater and very low toilet seat. Luckily they had a portable heater in the room, but no convenient place to plug it in. Also, outlets are limited, so no extra place to plug in phones or electronics. Since all rooms are non smoking, benches and ashtrays are outside every room. If you don't smoke, it can get quite smokey going in and out of your room. Cute little...

'Great place to stay in Incline Village. We will be back!'

'I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the room and property was for the price. Comfortable, spacious room. Scenery and grounds were nice. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Most of all the pool, jacuzzis and sauna were wonderful! The town of Genoa is also very cute. Hope to return soon!'
