'We made the difficult decision to leave this property before spending even one night there.Our experience started badly when the host, who lives in another part of the property, greeted us with obvious frustration because she had waited about 30 minutes for our arrival. We had been driving from Florence and kept her updated throughout the trip with our ETA based on traffic, so this was not the welcome we expected.Once inside, we discovered that two of the four bedrooms are completely separate...

'We cannot say enough about our whole experience at this truly unique property. From the moment we were greeted by our host at the parking garage (who later also assisted with our luggage), to the moment we said goodbye, the customer service and communication was excellent. Special care was taken with our family, and every effort was made to make our visit most memorable – which it was! Our host was knowledgeable about the area, friendly and most helpful. The location of the property was superb...
