'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...

'The bathroom had not been cleaned. They charge for parking upon arrival, but then when we left the ticket they gave us to get out of parking garage did not work so we had to pay again for parking. So on top of the room fee we paid an additional $40 in parking. They were only able to credit us $15 back. The breakfast was sub-par, ran out of food 30 minutes before hours ended, the hot food was awful.'

'When you stay at a boutique hotel there are different expectations a guest must have. The Symphony Hotel offers a comfortable bed, but a close living space. The room is furnished in an antique motif, with a mini-fridge, a Firestick TV, and that's nice but you really can't move freely in a room that compact (one chair, no desk). 'Redelijk. Uitzicht op de rivier geboekt. Uitzicht was belemmerd door hoge bomen Kamer goed. Omgeving minder. Naast de Rijksweg Achteraf een industrieterrein '

'The lighting was great in the bathroom but not so great in the rest of the room. One reading light did not work as well as the the pole light. There was a piece of metal stuck in the electrical outlet in the bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but I expected more. The only pastry was a muffin. I did like that the air conditioner noise was not annoying.'

'The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...
