The delightfully appointed 17th century cottage has been refurbished to include luxury amenities that complement the comfortable and cosy interior. The first floor occupies two bedrooms, the master offers an en suite bathroom and the second bedroom with its own family shower room. From the cottage you have many walks to explore and just 2 miles away is the picturesque village of Barbon; famous for its local village shop and cafe, which offers an array of local produce and is often a great stop-off for local walkers and cyclists. Barbon borders the quaint town of Kirkby Lonsdale which has an abundance of traditional pubs, fine dining restaurants, charming tea rooms and boutique shops.

A visit to the ’Ruskins View’ followed by a delightful river walk to Devils Bridge is a lovely bonus to the town’s attractions. It’s location near to both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales national parks gives you easy access to some of Britain’s most stunning landscapes and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, such as Arnside and Silverdale, and the Forest of Bowland.
