Just a 3-minute walk from the large Men Dû beach, this tastefully renovated house features a bright living area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge. Enjoy direct access to the south-facing garden, enclosed by hedges, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors with garden furniture and a plancha grill. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as two spacious, light-filled bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds; one bedroom also has an additional 90 x 190 cm bed.



Bed linen and towels are optional and can be rented (available for an extra fee).



The cleaning fee is to be paid directly to the concierge service on site (available for an extra fee).



Ideally located in the heart of Carnac Plage, tennis, padel, and pétanque courts are easily reached via small paths. Carnac, a renowned seaside resort in southern Brittany, is famous for its sandy beaches and the iconic standing stones. Supermarket, shops, and restaurants are nearby. The house includes a dedicated parking space.



A travel cot can be requested in advance.



For short stays in September, you can enjoy the house from 2 p.m. on arrival day until 7 p.m. on departure day (subject to availability).
