Villa's in Carlsbad

'I was expecting a bit more of a wow factor with this property. There really wasn't a luxury element. Felt as though they are relying on the ocean view, which is spectacular, and the proximity to the beach, also spectacular. Still things felt a bit run down. Overall, quite clean and well organized. Beach access and view can not be surpassed.'

'Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental'
