Mirage- Private Secret Studio w Shared Hot Tub

Little secret studio on the back of the main house, featuring a king size bed, kitchenette, massage chair, dinette, private entry, walk in shower, tv with streaming, wifi and large closets. Can sleep 2 comfortably, or up to 4 if you can squeeze on the futon. Cool mid century vibe. Shares access to the back yard, patio, trampoline, pizza oven, bbq & hot tub w/ main house/guesthouse. The Private guest space is separated from the main house by a solid wood locked door.

The space
The Mirage is a little hotel style studio apartment tucked behind the main house. It has a private exterior entrance of its own, so you check in without any contact with the host and will have no one in your interior private space, but the yard is shared and the structure of the home is shared ( like the roof, and one wall.) There IS a door inside the apartment that leads into the main house- that door is always kept locked and is lockable from both sides. The apartment has a king size bed, ceiling fan, and mini-split AC/heat. The "living area" has a small double size futon, a massage chair, and a tv with roku and streaming services, as well as a little dining table and chairs. There is a simple kitchenette with a 2 burner-stovetop, mini-fridge, sink, coffee maker, and toaster oven/air fryer combo. Heading into the ensuite bathroom there are two large closets, a huge spa shower with multiple showerheads, and double sinks. There is wifi as well.

In addition to the private space, you also have access to the outdoor spaces on the property, that are shared with the main house (currently 1 occupant) and guesthouse ( up to 4 occupants). There is a hot tub, pizza oven, bbq, smoker, trampoline, greenhouse, patio with hammocks, and some kids toys as well!
Guest access
Guests have private access to the studio apartment, as well as shared access to the exterior areas of the property.
Other things to note
Note: Check in is by keycode, but by 10 pm please. ( the lighting for the walkway is too bright for our neighbors, so it shuts off at 10 pm).

Parking- you share the driveway with the main house and guesthouse. Occasionally this will mean needing to park on the street. It is a quiet, safe street and there is plenty of available street parking.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. If you need to smoke, you may do so on the shared patio near the dining table or in the street outside the property.
