'Rooms were very small & not what was pictured when booking.'

'Amenities were perfect, including the pool and breakfast! Staff at front desk could have improved, being a silver member I’ve never been denied a water even after checking in, but two members of staff on two different occasions denied handing me a bottle of water. Aside from that, hotel has the best location due to its close proximity to Legoland (8min drive), outlets (6min drive) and many other hotspots.'
