'Great front desk people and clean, well-maintained rooms. But don't get carried away by the high aggregate ratings. It's just a solid three-star hotel. The neighborhood is great for walking, drinking and eating.'

'Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.'

'Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money.'

'I have stayed at this property a couple of times before and the interaction has always been efficient, friendly,and easy. I like not having to use a key and think the key codes are a novel idea! '

'The website they were asking me to upload my id to did not work and when I asked the owner for a code or a different way to gain access he told me I was being rude and he hung up on me twice. I would not recommend this place. '

'I loved my stay here. Got a free upgrade and loved my view over the bustling streets of Fremont, such a nice area of Seattle, alot better than downtown. Bathrooms and the room were very clean. Only thing i missed was better lightning as it is pretty dark in the room. Staff was also very nice although its only the cleaners you see as there is no reception, you get a code to access the hotel. Would defenitly stay here again.'

'Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am. Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking...

'Prima kamer als je er alleen komt om te slapen/douche. Wij verbleven hier twee nachten om Seattle te ontdekken. Binnen 15 minuten sta je met de bus vanaf het hotel in de binnenstad. Vriendelijke vrouw bij de receptie. Kamers zijn wel wat verouderd. Onze kamer stonk erg naar oude rooklucht.'

'This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! '

'Clean room. Staff is helpful and friendly. Light breakfast but it was good, enough for us. The surrounding area is not feeling safe in the night. The hotel was close to the road so it was noisy in the night. '

'Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...
