On the ground floor are: the fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that overlooks the garden; the magnificent round, elegant, comfortable living room with a wall of windows overlooking the pool area and with a splendid view of the sea; the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a double and a twin bedroom; two more bathrooms. A fashionable staircase leads to the second floor where there is a beautiful interior terrace overlooking the living room, with a pool table, treadmill, table soccer and home gym; a master bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and television. The exterior of the house is full of romantic nooks and crannies, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and the relaxing pool area with a super view of the Mediterranean Sea, the latter being roughly 5 km away.
