cosas.
El personal es una maravilla . Recomiendo la
tortilla de patatas que hace Gloria'

'The check in process was terrible. You must have a smart phone with What’s App and the hotels app loaded to enable them to communicate with you, send you links and registration documents to be filled in online before you can even enter the building. It was 34C outside and it took us over an hour to register, eventually having to walk 15 minutes to a sister hotel to pick up a key card. Would not recommend it at all.'

'Good overall, but basic issues need attention
The hotel architecture is stunning and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is generally polite and helpful. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, though it can get crowded. Location-wise, it’s a 15–20 min walk to the old town, so not super central but manageable.
That said, service consistency was disappointing. I had to wait five days for a linen change, despite using the hotel’s “coaster on the pillow” method. It finally worked on day six — for...

8/10 Goed
Hotel in beautiful building, although the rooms don’t have the same ‘grandeur’. The rooms are large though and everything you want is in walking distance.
I wasn’t impressed with breakfast. Even if you’re not a late sleeper some dishes are empty and aren’t refilled. Warm dishes aren’t really kept warm. For the price there are probably better options outside.
