« All hotel areas and room perfectly clean »

« Our stay was disappointing. The room needs updating, and the shower was not working properly. The hotel also needs better overall maintenance. Several areas were visibly dirty and could benefit from a thorough cleaning and pressure washing. There was also a wedding during our stay, and the wedding guests took over the entire lobby while waiting for the ceremony to begin. The wedding area was along the route to the pool, making access uncomfortable. Hotel staff were not helping other hotel...

« Outstanding service, adequate parking area, rooms very clean on arrival, a/c very nice. The Pool was clean and in very good conditions. »

« Great stay looking forward to staying here again. This place exceeds expectations. No complaints and the breakfast is really good with variety and the place is really safe. »

« Lots of mosquitoes, ants on the balcony (3rd floor), TV was blurry, no access to normal chanel or netflix, swimming pool is mostly for kids or drinkig in the pool,. Loud music from the Swimmingpool bar in the evening, and morning cleaning people make noise outside. »

..sinon presonnel sympathique. Et belle chambre »

« Required a $45 cleaning fee to allow us to check in after payment was processed ahead of time. The place was dirty, the showers were broken and the water heater was not working. It took 24 hrs to hear back from management. Just horrible experience overall. »
