The semi-basement floor, which is accessed from the outside, is a playground with table tennis, target and several games, as well as a bathroom with shower. Outside we have a basketball basket, covered porch area next to the barbecue with sink and pool area of 10 x 5 m with access steps and solarium with 6 sun loungers.

The privacy of the property is guaranteed, as it is fully fenced, so they cannot be seen from the outside, especially in the pool area.

The views from the house are very beautiful, because you can see the main mountains that surround it, in addition to being excellently communicated to be able to make a hiking route from there, for example to the sources of Castillejo, Bernabé and Palancar, the nearby river of Palancar, the roads to the Buitreras, Sierra del Lobatejo, La Hoya de Priego, Puente Califal, etc.
