It is spread over one floor and consists of an open living room and modern kitchen, complete with a TV area, sofa bed, and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen, including a gas stove, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

For your entertainment and comfort, the apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a television. While the property does not have air conditioning, there is a large automatic awning and fans available to ensure a pleasant atmosphere. If used properly the apartment does not get hot in the summer. In the Winter it is automatically heated with electronic thermometer.

The property doesn't have a private parking space. The closest public parking area is 250 metres away from the flat. There is another parking area 500 meters away, in case the first one is full.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples, and families. ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGHUGAU APT has no private parking space. It can only be reached on foot along 250 metres of uphill cobbled road with steps. Internally it is arranged on one floor.

We would like to point out that it is not a suitable place for people with mobility problems and for your convenience, we recommend light luggage. Please note that this is very normal for apartments around Lake Como due to the mountain landscape. This elegantly furnished apartment is designed to provide an exclusive retreat, ensuring a memorable stay. Only 40 minutes drive from Milan Malpensa, and 15 minutes drive to the centre of Como city. The village is well connected thanks to public transport, such as the ferry and the bus stop on the main road that connects the village to the main nearby towns.

Just 350 metres from the Apartment there is a great family Pizza/Pasta restaurant (Il Filo d´Olio), a fantastic wine bar (Milesimo) and also one of Lake Como´s best and most exclusive restaurants (Acquadolce).

Please note that there are no supermarkets in Carate Urio. The nearest supermarket is called Bennet and is located in the village of Tavernola, 7.5 km away from the flat.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

We recommend the use of a car to make travelling easier.

The bus stop and boat stop are 600 metres away.

Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour's drive away.
