Two homes, Saba Winds-South and Saba Winds-North, share this broad section of beach, as well as a tropical garden and the shared pool. Saba Winds-South is large, bright, modern, private, and charming. You will find the house tastefully decorated, light and airy with spacious rooms, luxurious baths, and comfortable common areas. The back doors at Saba Winds-South open right onto the warm sandy beach. A screened lanai, private deck, pool deck, and the beach deck nested in the sandy dunes all afford casual enjoyment of the outdoors.

Saba Winds-South offers a full-service vacation getaway for small or large family gatherings. This three-bedroom, three-bath vacation home comes equipped with all of the amenities: heated pool, covered parking, a full-size laundry room, two seating areas to relaxing with a good book and glass of wine, Jacuzzi jet tub and steam bath in the master suite, private caged deck with dining table and comfortable deck chairs, flat-screen High Definition HDTVs, outdoor shower, beach chairs and beach towels, master suite balcony perfect for gazing at the countless stars. Saba Winds-South offers 220 power to charge electric or hybrid cars!

Saba Winds-South guests continue to enjoy frequent updates. Recent improvement include a new kitchen and appliances, new laundry room and appliances, new air conditioning system for the main floor, 220 power to charge electric or hybrid cars, and the list keeps growing.

Family Friendly
Saba Winds-South is very family-friendly – it’s so easy with children here. There is a lot of room to play outdoors, well away from the road. You can relax on the beach deck with the beach in plain view, or set beach chairs directly on the sand. There is a sandy backyard area that is a plain view of the screened lanai. Sanibel Rentals can make any and all arrangements you may require for a roll-a-way bed, crib, playpen, etc.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy access to the entire property, the pool, private beach access, and all other amenities located on the property itself.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the exclusive Captiva Drive, one of just a select number of rental homes along this storied stretch of pristine beach.
