Semi- detached house (70 sq meters) featuring 1 double bedroom, a living room, a private garden, a patio with outdoor furniture. Our guests have access to the pool. Sleeps: 2 adults + 2 children

The house is surrounded by 11 hectares of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The old farmhouse and the barns have been transformed into a wonderful complex of holiday cottages with a big, shared pool

• Final cleaning, bills, bedlinen and towels are included. Upon request it is possible to arrange a cleaning during during your stay (extra charge).
• Access to the farmland and access to the big pool (8mt x 16 mt) furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds
• There is a shared washing machine
• Parking available


SURROUNDINGS:
Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)

• The house is surrounded by farmland: it is possible that the farmers will work in the area surrounding your house during your stay. We will make sure to warn you in advance to minimize any inconvenience this might cause you
• It is possible that the gardener will access your garden to take care of the plants/ trees during your stay. We will make sure to minimize any inconvenience this might cause you
• Communal spaces are for exclusive use of our guests. Access to external visitors is not allowed, unless authorization is received and the external guests are registered
• Pets are not allowed
