Old farmhouse rehabilitated in a rural house with a small hotel format, is located 1 km. from Capìleira (La Alpujarra, Sierra Nevada National Park), facing south, in an area of terraces and irrigated areas, surrounded by chestnut and fruit trees and facing the wonderful views of the Barranco del Poqueira, Sierra Lujar, and in the background, Its two slopes, the sea.

The house is made of stone and keeping the characteristics of the traditional construction of the area, it offers comfortable rooms and apartments that are individually accessed by a small street that divides the building into two, right next to it is the "glazed terrace lounge" where you can enjoy a quiet space to relax or admire the views and also, if you wish we can serve you the infusion, drink or snack that you want.

All this is surrounded by 4000m. of particular land where the pool, gardens, parking and outdoor terraces, as well as access to the "Acequia de los Cortijos", which is one of the many hiking trails that you can enjoy in this area.

The total accommodation capacity is 20 seats and they are distributed as follows:
- 4 Rooms: 3 doubles and a 2/4 seats
- 2 Apartments: one with 2/4 seats and one with 4/6 places

Stone, clay floors and wood ceilings are common elements in the decoration, but each has a different distribution and style. All have spectacular views and have central heating, bathroom and television. The apartments are also equipped with kitchen for the most independent.

In our dining room we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, warm in winter and if you want it outdoors in summer, enjoying the views. Our cuisine is homemade and creative, nurturing ingredients in our own garden and fruit trees.
