« Lovely cottage in a nice quiet village. Plenty of local shops close by. Very comfortable place, all the amenities to make it home from home. Unfortunately I was working, but it was lovely to come home every evening, nice and warm and welcoming. Great wifi and plenty of DVDs etc to entertain yourself. I could imagine in Summer sitting outside in the garden and relaxing. Well worth a visit. »

« This is a very friendly small hotel we used when walking part of the Anglesey coast path. Our room was clean. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was excellent. The owner was very helpful giving us information about our walk. We will come back. »

« Lovely hotel. Car park was full so had to wait for a space. Breakfast was lovely. Good selection of Hot & cold foods to choose from. Had Sunday roast beef dinner. Partner had sea bass. Plus a cheeky dessert. Good menu for food & drinks Really fab food. Staff where very smiley and friendly. The Grand stair case was amazing. « Uninterested on our arrival, seemed more devoted to children and presumably an extended family. We were shown to our room which stank of cigarette smoke. Went out and on return it was better, but we were woken at 3am by the return of significant cigarette smoke. There is a unit at reception which beeps every 3 seconds which is clearly heard in the room all night despite it being advertised as sound proofed. « Generally clean room but we did find a dog biscuit under the sink while we were there……and we didn’t have one with us. It was during a heat wave and had to sleep with the window open even though a fan was provided, this made it a little noisy at times. Good breakfast and all staff were friendly and in the main, helpful. Only received a “that’s not my job, see the bar staff” once on one of the evenings. »
