the hotel as 4star was good as to fittings, room and quality. Service starting with Reception absolutely horrible. Was asked in military ordering tone:
Id number, Id, passport, bankcard - and then hard to believe Bankbalance !!!.Of course I did NOT
no friendliness and a tone that I would not speak to my own employes (1900). I reported this to some Gentleman who said was 'Duty manager' who did little or nothing about it. Although my booking was fully paid 10 days before arrival I was 'ordered' to pay ZAR 250 parking for the 4 days. Have been customer of Sun International since the days of no! Maharani Hotel in Durban yet. Certainly NO 4star hotel Service
This treadment makes visitation in your hotels very questionable, if this is the new tone and service.
