Inside, the open-plan living area merges seamlessly with a
semi-equipped kitchen featuring a kettle, toaster, refrigerator,
air-fryer and microwave, ideal for preparing light meals.

The cosy king-sized bedroom, accessible via five steps, adds a unique
and intimate touch to the space. The bathroom includes a shower and
toilet, with fresh towels provided for your convenience. Just outside,
a seating area awaits, where you can unwind under sunny skies while
enjoying the ocean views. A skottelbraai is available, perfect for
cooking simple meals and embracing the charm of outdoor living.

Secure parking is provided on the ground floor, though guests should
note that access to the apartment requires climbing approximately 12-15

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 83 Suikerbossie Dr Mountainside, Cape Town, 7151.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
