The air-conditioned living and dining area features seating for six, a TV, a wood fireplace, and dining for ten, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Outdoors, further seating for six, a shared hot tub, and a gas BBQ set the scene for relaxed evenings beneath the Camps Bay sky.



The main suite includes a king-size bed, seating for two, and an ensuite with a shower and single vanity. The second and third bedrooms feature twin beds and single seating. The fourth bedroom offers a double bed. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower over bath and another with a shower over bath and a separate shower. Three bedrooms each offer sea views, and all have ceiling fans.



For added peace of mind, the property is fitted with CCTV and an alarm system.



Please note that the second deck area with the hot tub and two loungers is shared with the unit below, and guests access the property via shared walkways.
