'This house is cozy and just what our family wanted. The host was outstanding: very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location is a quiet street and, most wonderful, the house is actually right on the water, so that at high tide the water is literally under the house and it feels like being on a houseboat. At low tide there's a beach right outside the back door. The location was one of the best things about this place for us; others we've had, on the Atlantic coast, don't, of course, come...

'We rented the condo only for one night as we were in town for a family wedding and wish we had been able to stay longer. Everything was clean and nice and we really enjoyed our stay.
