'The property and cottages were very nice. The cottage we were booked for, however, the door would not open or close without really pushing it with your body. I contacted management and were told that the door swelled because of the heat. Since my husband is a contractor he noticed that that was not the problem. The door was damaged. We were put into another unit which was fine. And ultimately had a wonderful time.'

Now this fee was totally surprise fee as Expedia didn't mention any such fees. I had no problem paying $25 resort fee, but I was expecting resort like services. There was no coffee maker in the room.
