beautiful views of bay, amazing deck, nice kitchen, bed and bath decor. all updated appliances. Our large group met their tp celebrate our mom's 90th bday. Ages were 16-90. we all could hear the water lapping under the house as its up on stilts and the tide comes right up. its really cool! The grill is actually a griddle (like what diners and fast food places use to make burgers. it worked out fine for us once we realized that covering the food kept the heat in. there is no hood so the heat couldn't get trapped in there. We used the deck for fishing, hanging out, grilling, reading, etc. we caught 2 rays, a sand shark and a couple of horseshoes crabs (it was horseshoe crab mating season so they were everywhere). We loved walking down the quiet road the house is on and seeing brand new baby terrapin hatchlings crossing from beach to the dunes. Cool getty at end of road and a bird sanctuary beach 2 houses down. ( public cant access that certain times of the year). because the house is on the bay its definitely not in the touristy busy part of Cape May but lots of little mom and pop places for stores, restaurants and ice cream within 10 mins drive.
