You will find Kurt Donaldson Community Park, Saratoga Lake Park, and Paul Sanborn Park, less than three miles away. Family-friendly fun can be created at Sun Splash Family Waterpark, less than three miles away, and live performances can be indulged in at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, less than twelve miles away.

Upon stepping into your retreat, you will instantly be greeted by a welcoming atmosphere. The sunny living room boasts plush seating and a large TV. From here, effortlessly walk into the dining area and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and meal prep space you need to whip up delicious dishes when you aren't testing out the area's local fare. Dine as a family at the formal dining table or alfresco by the pool. Also, you can access a private washer/dryer in this space - perfect for refreshing your swimsuits.

The second TV room offers an ideal spot for the kids to tune into their weekend morning cartoons, and each of the three bedrooms has been carefully curated with nautical decorations and soft linens. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy relaxing on the canal-view balcony, a lovely space to watch the stars fill up the night sky come evening.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
