Villa Sunshine State

This newly built (2023) vacation villa faces south and boasts a modern interior, an extra-long heated pool, and an absolutely quiet, exclusive, and secure location in the far southwest of Cape Coral.

The house is fully tiled, with a living area of 180 square meters and a pool deck of 90 square meters. The living/dining area, the open-plan kitchen with a central island, and two bedrooms all feature floor-to-ceiling patio doors leading directly onto the sheltered pool deck.

The villa offers 3.5 bedrooms (two king-size beds, one queen-size bed, and one small room with a daybed).

We welcome four adults or two adults and up to three children.

Parties and similar gatherings are not permitted out of consideration for the neighbors.

Please note that the rental price is subject to an additional 11.5% Florida tax.
