The house was comfortably designed on one level; three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with king-size beds and TVs, offer ample space for up to six people. The three bathrooms are modernly furnished, one of which has direct access to the pool area. Light tiled floors and large windows emphasize the airy feeling throughout the house.

The private boat dock allows guests to rent a boat and launch directly from the house. From here, excursions to Sanibel Island, Captiva, or along the stunning Florida coastline are easily accessible.

Technical amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer. Another advantage of the villa is the separate office. Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside. The pool area is monitored by cameras.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
