Brian is very helpful with whatever is needed. We stayed for 3 weeks in March. There were many kitchen items-pots and pans, blender, slow cooker, spices, coffee pot. There was also a gas grill that we used often. The outside area had plenty of seating not only on the pool deck but also by the canal. The couch was comfy and there was enough seating indoors to eat although we ate outside every night. Brian supplies more than many other rentals as far as shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, etc which is so helpful and much appreciated. I had contacted him before we arrived asking about cleaning while we were there so he had cleaning solution, a bucket, a mop, a broom, etc for me to use while we were there. Each apartment is set up a bit differently and furnishings vary however. We stayed in Unit B. Some of the other units seemed more updated. Would certainly stay again if in Cape Coral.
