We had an amazing stay at this wonderful house. Our family of 6 had more than enough room, cooked, swam, watched movies and enjoyed our time. Meg was super responsive and answered all our questions within minutes of being asked! Would stay again in a minute!

Perfect Family House

We had the best week in this spacious home that fit us all so well. Everything is beautiful and thoughtfully done, pool is great, bike riding, caught some fish and the quiet neighborhood was ideal. Groceries, restaurants are right around the corner and it was only 20-30 minutes to the beach

Amazing!!

What can I say, from the moment we walked in until the time we left, we had a great time!! The house was immaculate, you could smell the cleanliness when you walked in! There were only six of us, so plenty of room for spreading out. The pool and spa were gorgeous, we loved lounging out there and watching tv all at once! We fished in the canal, fed turtles and enjoyed the quiet mornings there. All the amenities were excellent! I can’t say enough, and hopefully will be back one day!! Meg is an excellent host!!

Wonderful Home!

Meg was great with communication, check in was very easy and no issues finding the house. The home is very spacious and well kept. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub which were wonderful!! Hot tub gets super hot and pool stays warm no complaints at all! The outdoor tv was a great addition as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks Meg!

Fun in the sun!

The home was above and beyond than what the pictures display! It has everything and makes you fell at home! Pool and spa were amazing, and the accordion door was a fantastic bonus at night. We even caught some fish as well. This house has everything you would need to make dinner, spend a day at the beach, or just relaxing. Communication was perfect and had no issues! Would definitely book again!

Birthday Trip Blast!

This was a last minute booking as my original one cancelled less than 2 days before, I really wish I would’ve seen this one from the beginning! The house was absolutely gorgeous, spacious for me and my 7 friends!! Great area, and we adored the pool area. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need - toilet paper, garbage bags, pots/pans, towels out the wazoo and spices! We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Megs home. It is absolutely a beautiful home with all the "extras" you could possibly need. We spent most of the time by the pool and the canal. We actually saw 2 manatees swim passed along with seeing turtles n tons of fish. The grandkids loved that. The area is very quiet and convenient to grocery stores and other stores. Meg was awesome to work with too. We will definitely be back.

Lovely Property

Loved spending Christmas and New Years at this beautiful, well-kept home! We spent most days lounging on the lanai and swimming in the pool. Our adult kids used the bikes daily. We appreciated the Christmas tree and all the little extras - comfy beds, laundry detergent, pool toys, etc. The home was clean (we’re picky!) and well kept. We come every year and would definitely stay again!!

Amazing!

This home checks all the boxes, it is clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything you would need and also the things you didn't know you would need! The decor is beautiful but also comfortable - you feel like you are in a home, not a rental. We enjoyed spending time in the house but most of our time was spent out on the lanai. We loved watching the Michigan State basketball game from the hot tub! Kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to make family meals. I appreciated how everything was organized and the photos in cupboard doors so we could make sure we were returning everything to the correct place. Extra pillows, blankets, and the basket of throws were a plus, as the evenings got a bit chilly. The location is great - not far from grocery stores and restaurants but home sits in a quiet neighborhood. We took daily bike rides and my daughter run and always felt safe. We definitely recommend staying here and we hope to again! Very responsive hosts who are pleasant to work with. Thank you again, Barkers, for opening up your home. We made some great family memories at Cape Villa!

Fabulous Fall Break

We're grateful for the chance to spend fall break in this gorgeous home. It's a beautifully appointed home with lots of room to spread out. We appreciated the heated pool and being able to take evening swims after a day at the beach. Kitchen had every we needed and more. Owner was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions - would love to come back.

The best location

We absolutely loved the house. Meg and her family went above and beyond to make sure the house had absolutely everything you could need from linings, to kitchen products, to pool and beach toys. The kids loved the bikes provided and I even enjoyed a stroll down the street on one. It was a good driving distance from 3 different beaches that we visited and close to stores for groceries or shopping. Meg was always quick to respond. The house fit our family of 13 and with 6 boys that’s saying a lot! We loved everything about the house and you won’t regret staying here!

We had an amazing week making memories in this house! It had anything and everything you could want in a vacation rental. We flew in with our 7 children, so we didn't have much space for extras. This home had everything extra that we needed. The home is beautiful, spacious and cozy. We spent almost the entire week outside on the lanai or in the pool! If we are ever back in the Cape Coral area, we will rent this home again!

Spacious Get-Away

We absolutely loved staying in such a beautiful, spacious, open floor plan home. Plenty of room for adults and kids to enjoy indoor hang out and outdoor recreation. The master bedroom and bathroom was huge and such a good place to retreat in the evenings. The kids fished in the canal, we all enjoyed a nightly dip in the hot tub and daily swims in the beautiful pool. The fully stocked kitchen was a huge bonus. The host was wonderful and welcoming. We would definitely choose this stay again!

Relaxing Vacation

We come to Cape Coral 2-3 times per year. The house was great! We hardly spent any time inside except to sleep. We stayed in the pool and hot tub the majority of our trip. Everything was perfect.

This was our first rental from VRBO and we could not be more pleased! Meg was an amazing host and very responsive to messages before our trip and during. The house was absolutely beautiful and they thought of everything you could possibly need! The only thing we had to bring was food! I would give it 15 stars if I could!
