Villa Sunscape is the perfect refuge for up to 6 guests who want to relax in southwest Cape Coral – right next to lush palm trees and one of the city´s many canals.

In total, this vacation home features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a TV. A queen-size bed and another TV are found in the second bedroom, while two single beds are located in the third one. 2 bathrooms are available for guests.

In the living area, plenty of natural light, modern furniture and charming deco elements please the eye. Here, you can unwind on a comfy sofa and enjoy movies on a flat-screen TV. If you like to read in a cozy ambience.


Everything you need for your meals is available in the kitchen. Amenities include a large refrigerator, oven, stove plates, microwave, dishwasher and a whole range of utensils. In addition, the kitchen counter is extra-spacious, so your whole family can join in on the cooking.

You can either dine at the living room table or in the roofed section of the lanai. With a soothing breeze and the view of Cape Coral´s canal, it will taste even better. Sun chairs and a lounge area also grace the lanai. Liddle tadpoles can use the pool at any weather, and in the evening, the jacuzzi offers steaming relaxation. In addition, there is a gas grill for barbecues.

The villa features a quiet and peaceful, yet central location. In just 2 minutes, you can drive to the supermarkets Publix and to the restaurants and shops on Cape Coral Parkway. Cape Harbour with live music and few restaurants is in walking distance from your home. Few miles to the south, Tarpon Point Marina offers additional options for a night out. What is more, Cape Coral´s popular Sun Splash Family Waterpark can be reached in 15 minutes by car;. The highlight of the house is your own putting area to practice your golf skills.

Thanks to its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, Cape Coral is a perfect place for boaters. The villa features a boat dock and is located right next to a saltwater canal. Thus, you can reach the Caloosahatchee River in just 15 minutes – and head for scenic spots like Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island. To make your trip even better, the villa provides beach chairs, coolers and parasols.

Heerlijk huis!!

Het huis is nog mooier dan op de foto's. Van alle gemakken voorzien en een heerlijke buitenruimte en pool. De badkamers zijn van hoge kwaliteit en ook het meubilair is goed. De keuken is groot en zeer compleet. We hebben en heerlijke vakantie gehad!!!

Great vacation!!

It was amazing👏 The house was very clean, check in was easy, communication with Ralph was always fast and nice. The house is more than pet friendly, they have 2 poop scoops (I did bring my own) and even a puppy float! The fenced in yard made it so easy with my 2 puppies, we loved it. The house is stocked with everything you need and more. We had some inspection going on one day, took a little while. But the property manager made up for it with a gift card to a restaurant, thanks again! Our 10 nights went by way too fast, we will come back next year. J.H. and family

Winter Retreat 2022

This is a well thought out vacation home. It has almost every amenity that you could think of to make your time there memorable. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub almost everyday over our two month stay. The kitchen is well stocked and it seems as if every guest leaves a little for the next. The photo's showing the property are very accurate. We had several friends and family members visit while we were there and we never felt crowded. Very open concept. The property is very close to stores, banks and restaurants. The only downside to the property is that area has become crowded and noisy. The (heavy) vehicle traffic starts about 7 in the morning and goes until 11pm at night. I don't think it's this VRBO specifically, I just think Cape Coral itself has gotten so much busier, more traffic, more (rude) people and more vehicles racing with loud exhausts. Thankfully, when you go inside and shut the doors, all is quiet. One last thing for you pet owners, the back yard is astro turf. Great for maintenance but awkward for a pet owner...........

Nice February stay in Pelican area

Property was great! Updated nicely. We were impressed with the comfortable beds, updated kitchen which was also fully stocked. No need to bring anything! The outdoor lanai area was enormous with lots of seating and eating areas. Loved the fenced yard for our two little dogs too. Ralf, the property manager, was just great and always available by phone and very helpful. Our only negative for the time we spent there was all the high tech devices that were installed recently..... property manager hadn’t been trained to use them yet. Pool and hot tub heat was on a new system that the homeowner had to remotely set for us. Overall it didn’t affect our impression of the property and we would rent again.

Very nice property

The house is very nice and has everything that you need for vacation. We had issues with the pool. We could not get it heated and we found out later in the week (Friday)from the pool guy that something wasn't working. We weren't able to use the pool the first week because the water was too cold. After that the pool did warm up but it seemed to be a struggle each day getting it warmed back up. I would suggest some type of a cover at night to help keep the water warm. Over all I would definitely rent this property again.

The Great Cape Escape

This was one of the most well-stocked vrbo we have stayed in. The kitchen had every appliance, pan, and utensil one would need. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, blankets and sheets, and hi quality mattresses. Several chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach. The side yard putting green and corn hole was perfect. Our favorite area was the screened in patio With pool and hot tub - more seating than we ever needed and the outside large Tv screen(one in every room) was perfect for Sunday afternoon football. It’s just a short walk to a small park where we enjoyed several nights of pickleball, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cape Marina/Rumrunners. We can’t say enough praise for this home and the responsiveness when we had questions during our stay. We highly recommend, it was perfect for our family of 5 adults to gather for Christmas.

Luxury getaway worth repeating!

Exquisite find! Provided the perfect isolated getaway during Covid summer. It felt like living in luxury and would definitely come back! Everything was so clean and well cared for inside and out. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer. This house is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated and stocked for guests. You can pack light for sure. Listing could not possibly describe all of the included (and well cared for/quality) supplies…beyond sheets/ blankets/ pillows if you needed to change beds. There were MANY beach towels, MANY bathing towel sets, games, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, garage of activities like bikes, coolers, fishing rods, pool floats, pool games/balls/hoops/hula hoops, cooking supplies -pots, pans, utensils, tupperware, sharp knives and scissors, grill lighter, dry pantry of spices and cooking oils, 3 types of coffee pot for any traveler’s preference. Current photos leave nice surprise of spaces to be discovered. Bedroom 2 &3 felt upgraded, master closet was HUGE and could double as a mini-sleeping room if you had a pack-n-play. The pool area renovated with new tile and a lovely (surprise) large hot tub with LED lights for fun time with kids/fam. Bathroom shown with freestanding tub is the guest bath, but does connect directly off lanai and into house near bedrooms 2 & 3. Master bath is still large (shown in photos w/ 2 sinks) and has giant shower with multi shower heads. There is also another full bathroom w/ shower that is only accessible from pool and it is newly renovated in same style as others. House location was easy to find, right off a main street in nice well-kept neighborhood, walking distance from Publix. Driveway has easy horseshoe access, but main street never seemed busy and we could not hear local traffic from pool or inside the house. Location super close to great restaurants, a fresh seafood market, and short drive to local beaches. Owner also provides a binder of local info like a hotel would (food, shopping, activities) – very helpful. The property manager was very kind and easy to get a hold of for suggestions on restaurants and special closures/ local activity limits because of Covid. He lives in the area and knows it very well. We did not have to adjust the pre-set temperature in our time at the house and the electric bill was $42. Took small dog with us and she loved it. You never would have known other dogs had been on site.

I don't have anything bad to say about this property everything was great. I liked how the owners didn't show the entire property because when you see it in person, it's better than the online pictures. Wifi wasn't working that well but we were too busy with everything else. Thinking about moving out here. Will be back!

Property was as pictured. Beautiful inside with large comfortable outside area. Great fenced in side yard for my dog. All areas outside were beautifully lit up. Location was excellent-close to Publix grocery store and lots of good restaurants in area.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of sheets and towels that were all cleaned and ready. My only problem I had with the property was the busy street corner it was located on. Being pet friendly, we took our dogs with us, and it was scary walking the dogs around. Other than that it was a great house

Overall great experience. Loved the home. We felt like we were living In luxury. Supreme value and highly recommend this property. Minor issues working the keypad for entrance and I hope they can streamline that as it caused issues through our stay. But we would come visit again. Thanks!

Quality Villa

Villa was all we could have expected on our arrival. Very clean plenty of the usual extras, which goes with a rental villa. Quiet location, even though there is a dual carriage way out front. Plenty of bars restaurants and Supermarkets near by. On the minus side, we could not use the pool when we arrived as it was very dirty. When the poolman arrived he found the the pool pump was not working, which he sorted. My biggest issue was the charge we received for using electricity! Although I knew that electricity was a separate cost, I was surprised when we got a bill of $124 for one week. There was only two of us, and we eat mainly out all week, no pool heating was used, and lights were used to a minimum. Wrote and questioned the high charge, but have not received a response as of yet. Just a warning if you are a family!

July 4th weekend getaway!

My husband and I just returned home to Orlando after a short stay in this amazing rental. The house is beautifully remodeled and the back porch/pool area is to die for!! Plenty of towels, sheets, dishes, whatever one might need. The location is actually pretty quiet, despite being off a major road, and the neighbors are all super friendly. We brought our large breed dog with us and I was worried about not having a fenced in yard but the pool screen did the job perfectly. We also brought our boat and were able to dock it on the lift for nightly sunset cruises, right out of our backyard! I have nothing but great things to say about this place, we will DEFINITELY be booking again soon!!

Villa A Cape Escape

My wife & I had a great time at this Villa. It was very well stocked with most items you would require during a 3wk stay. It was clean and comfortable. The Lanai area was very big with a lovely warm pool . Very quiet neighborhood with some excellent neighbours and convenient to Publix and restaurants in the area The property manager(Ralph) was very helpful and quick to respond to several issues highlighted during our stay. The issues we encountered were 1. No kettle - resolved immediately 2. Broken front bedroom window which was secured with 'tape' - Fixed ASAP by Ralph with some screws 3. No Air Con in main ensuite - Never had this before in any Villa in Florida 4. Broken Stool in Kitchen 5. Broken Sunbed in Lanai area 6. Broken Chair in Lanai area 7. No Bikes in Villa - This was rectified by Ralph 8. The 3 chairs on the Deck area were covered in 'green' algae - Could'nt use until cleaned - This was rectified by Ralph 9. Broken/Corroded lights on the dock area -- This could present a risk to small children The property we believe lacked some 'ownership' & 'care' which might have something to do with it being up for sale/sold. Talking to the neighbours this was confirmed.

Relaxing Vacation

The house was very nice and accommodates guests easily. The kitchen was well stocked with a “if you use it up replace it” rule. The lanai and pool area was large with a nice view of the canal with plenty of floats and toys for the kids. Only negative, very minor, was no cleaning supplies at all.

Truly a home away from home!

Everything relating to our stay, cleaning crew, property manager, house, pool, neighbours, proximity, amenities, and the house itself was fabulous. Our family of four, child, toddler, and ‘rents profusely enjoyed the layout of the house and pool. Everything was clean. Directions/instructions/house contents were clearly laid out and usable. We loved the heated pool the best. Communication with the management was superb. The pictures do not do this property justice- such a wonderful stay, thank you.
