“Villa Alica” with its 4 bedroom (3 King and two twin bes), 3 bath plus den has a total living area of 2,680 ft² and is located in a quiet residential area but nevertheless central in the heart of SW Cape Coral on a 10,000 ft² lot next to a canal. The exact address is 4540 SW 17th Ave. Cape Coral.
The house is very modern furnished and has all amenities you need! There are tiles all over the house. The pool with its size of 34 x 15 feet has a beach zone with a fountain and is electrically heatable, same as the close-by spa with its air-blowers, water jets and its hot-tub function. Both units are equipped with underwater spots. The spacious patio with its western exposure offers lots of space, 7 sun loungers for sun-worshipper as well as a lounge corner, an outdoor kitchen with bar, built in “Napoleon” Barbeque-Grill, fume hood, fridge and sink.
At the canal with gulf access you find a huge boat dock with a Tiki Hut and Kayak dock.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Three of the bedroom have a kingsize bed and one has two twin beds. There is an separate room/office with sleeper sofa (serving as bed no. 9 and 10. The 11th bed is the sleeper-sofa in the master besdroom). The fully equipped kitchen contains microwave oven, dish washer, fridge with icemaker and -crusher, range with ceran plates and oven, etc. and ample dishes, glassware, and cutlery. In the three-car garage you will find bikes, fishing poles and a kayak to use for free. We also offer High Speed Internet (WiFi), books, games, DVD`sand CD´s and of course ample towels, bedlinne and beach towels.
The next shops (Publix) and restaurants (Lobster Lady and Steakhouse Prime 239) are only 500 yards away as well as Dunkin´Donuts, Mc Donals and Burger King.
The nearest beach, Cape Coral Beach, is a 5 minute drive away.
You reach the extensive sandy beaches of Sanibel and Captiva after about 20 miles.
If you´re thinking of renting a boat: There are many boat rental companies in Cape Coral where you can rent a huge variety of boats. You can moore your rented boat at our boatdock at "Villa Alica" for free. On request most boat rental companies deliver the boat to your vacation home. Since "Villa Alica" is located at a saltwater canal you can take your boat directly from the boat dock to the open sea (Gulf of Mexico).
