Was expecting better quality accommodation

A. Well the bedding was not as expected.1. Bunk bed upper mattress was too high and left no room for the safety rail protection.2. Air mattress was inoperative. 3. Sofa bed was so thin that you pretty much slept on the springs.B. No water dispensing or ice in the fridge because it was not connected. Property provided a few bags of ice but we ended up buying 3 cases of water.C. Drain system in the main shower was getting clogged daily. Not the type of people that will deal with unclogging every day.D. No working lights out on the pier making it difficult to enjoy the night by the tiki and the Pier.
