You and your guests will love this magnificent Sunny Home in Paradise! Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family " children welcome" will need to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. This home is on a wide canal and with beautiful boat ride alongside a natural preserve to the river, the Gulf of Mexico and beyond... Near Sanibel and Captiva Islands by boat or car and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. The foyer opens into the lovely great room with views of the pool and canal through the Lanai sliders. This home includes three bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen nook, and a large kitchen with pantry, large master bedroom with sliding doors out to the lanai and electric heated pool. The master bath has a separate tub and shower and a walk in closet. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and the laundry room is just off the kitchen with a large pantry. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood in one of the most desirable areas of SW Cape Coral. For the boaters, there is a wrap around dock where you can tie up your boat with water and electric at the dock. While boating, the entire way out you will be passing through some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Cape Coral past huge waterfront houses and impressive boats, beautiful manicured lawns and impressive gardens. It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! Sanibel Island beckons boaters and car owners. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva island and beyond!!! For more activities don't forget Ft Myers Beach.

We hebben bijna een week in het huis gezeten. Het huis ligt in een rustige wijk. Het huis beschikt over alles. We hebben hele fijne dagen hier gehad en we raden dit huis zeker aan.

fantastic stay, fantastisch verblijf

what a great house. beautiful swimming pool and fully equipped kitchen. contact with Don was great. we had 2 questions during our stay and these were resolved very quickly. this house is really recommended for a family with max 6 people. there is plenty to do in the area. plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Don and Cape Corel we love you. the Zwigtman family wat een geweldig huis. mooi zwembad en volledig uitgeruste keuken. contact met Don was geweldig. we hadden 2 vragen tijdens ons verblijf en deze waren zeer snel opgelost. dit huis is echt een aanrader voor een gezin met max. 6 personen. er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. veel supermarkten en restaurants. Don en Cape Corel, je zijn geweldig

Awesome house and pool on canal. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the bikes available, fishing poles, grill and all the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Lovely house and lots of space. Beds were comfortable and nice appliances. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Quite neighborhood, amazing accomodations! Had absolutely everything we needed. All the extras were so much appreciated. Kitchen stocked with everything, including baking supplies. Offered a variety of seasonings for cooking and condiments, and even had cold bottled water stocked ready to drink. Super comfortable beds with extra blankets and pillows if needed. Plenty of towels and extra toiletries if needed. Clean and comfortable home. Pool was well maintained and offered pool toys for kids.Having the garage to park in was a bonus.

The “Owl House” is a beautiful well appointed house. The neighborhood was quiet. We were expecting it to get wilder during the weekend but it stayed pretty quiet. The pool area is a relaxing spot in the mornings listening to the birds and seeing the occasional fish jumping out of the water in the canal. The whole family enjoyed the pool. There are a lot of wonderful beaches nearby. Our favorite was Lover’s Key beach, definitely worth the drive.

Beautiful house

It was perfect for our family, the pool was heated and clean! The girls loved the canal we saw flying fish and pretty large fish there. The bathroom was huge and perfect for all of us getting ready everyday. It was fully stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen was great for entertaining. My favorite was the pool patio overlocking the canal. The beds were comfortable and clean. I give this place a 10/10

Wanda and I liked the home layout, bright, airy and well apointed. It had eveything we needed, we brought more than we really needed. My bride loved the pool, seating out enjoying the sun and listening to me playing my guitar. We would very likely rent this home again.

My family and I loved our stay here. With 3 young kids the pool was a hit. The pool was heated and we all had a blast. Super clean. Probably one of the cleanest rentals we have been to. Neighborhood was super quiet and perfect for morning or night runs or bike rides. We would love to return.

Well loved home

We were able to check in early which helped my husband greatly since he drove down. They have everything you can think of for the pool, beach, kitchen. The house is very comfortable and clean. Fishing off the dock, heated pool would have liked it a little warmer , local park nearby. Thank you.

Ein Traumhaus, wir wären gerne länger geblieben

Wir waren leider nur eine Woche in diesem Traumhaus, schon von aussen war alles sehr gepflegt. Innen alles und gepflegt, die Terasse mit dem Steg und dem Ausblick einfach Traumhaft. Der Pool ist beheizt und hat eine sehr schöne grösse. Die Zimmer, vorallem das grosse Schlafzimmer mit seinem riesigen Bad, wirklich ein Traum. Den vorhandenen Gasgrill haben wir fast täglich benutzt. Alles in allem ein Traumhaus, wir werden wieder kommen wenn wir in Florida sind.

Wonderful stay

This property has it all. The pool was clean and has pool toys and floats. We sat on the dock and done a little fishing, just caught cat fish. Very well appointed. It is close to Bokeelia fishing pier. You have Cape Coral yacht club where you can watch the sun set. The property is beautiful. Please check out the spice cabinet before shopping. We are in a few times and there nothing I needed that wasn't there. The bed was comfortable, there were 2 of us so we didn't need the other 2 rooms.
