Depending on the days of the week you are staying at Royal Palms Getaway, you may experience, general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include, lawn, pool, or utility service workers.

Additionally, the Property Manager will provide you with instruction for ensuring the waste and recycle containers are taken to the roadside on their assigned pick-up days.

Anytime there is an issue that a repair professional needs to enter the property during your stay, the property manager will provide you with details. This type of situation is rare.

There are 2 security cameras located on the front entry lanai and on the side of the house by the pool equipment. This is for your safety and security.

House Rules:

Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
No weapons are allowed on the property.
No parties are allowed
No Pet of any kind are allowed (owners have allergies).
*a $500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized animals brought onto property.
No unregistered guests allowed in home without prior permission from host.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
The person who creates the listing must be a residing guest for the entire stay.
No parking is allowed except in the driveway (4 vehicle maximum).
No parking along the street or in the grass.
Moving furniture is not allowed. All furnishings must remain in their original position at all times.
BBQ Grill must remain in its original place and not be moved. Grill must be cleaned by guest after use and the propane must be turned off. There will be a $35 extra fee deducted from the security deposit if grill is left dirty or the propane is left on.
No diving in pool.
All garbage and waste must be properly disposed of in designated containers.
Guest agrees to treat the property with care and maintain a safe and clean environment during their stay.
Guest will notify the property associates immediately of any damages that may occur.
Guest will notify property associates immediately of any breakdowns of property systems or appliances that may need repair.
Guests are not allowed to attempt repair of any property contents or systems.
No candles allowed on property.

- If we find you have brought an unauthorized pet onto the property without approval, you will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of $500.

This is a home in a residential neighborhood. Loud music or loud/disruptive guests are now allowed. Noise complaints from the neighbors may be grounds for your reservation to be canceled. Refunds paid based on the cancellation policy.

If you are staying for longer than 2 weeks - an additional cleaning fee will be charged bi-weekly - you must allow the housecleaners to come in and clean the house on a bi-weekly basis for longer lengths of stay.
