This 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom villa boasts just under 2,900 square feet of luxury, tasteful furnishings and sliding glass doors, with sleeping capabilities for 12!

You and your loved ones will be immersed in paradise from the second you open the stunning front entry. You will walk into a luxury living room with high vaulted ceilings, modern decor and touches. A cozy and large couch gives you and your guests plenty of space to sit, relax, and watch your favorite movie or TV show on the large Smart TV. Enjoy an evening in this living room relaxing by the electric fireplace, cozied up on the couch.

You will feel like a professional chef cooking meals in this high-end kitchen. You and your guests will find all you need to cook including kitchen essentials, high-end stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge and a large kitchen island. A large dining room table gives you and your guests space to enjoy these delicious meals and each other s company.

In the Master bedroom located on the first floor, you will find a spacious King size bed, direct access to the lanai, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. This ensuite bathroom is fit for royalty with a double vanity sink, large stand-alone soaking tub, and walk in shower with a rain shower head. The second bedroom on the main floor also features a King size bed, and direct lanai access. Once upstairs, guests will find two additional guest rooms. The first room features two cozy beds while the fourth bedroom features 2 bunk beds, making it the perfect room for kids. On the second floor you will also find a large screened in balcony that overlooks the pool and canal. Catch incredible sunsets from this balcony!

While the inside of this home is beyond luxurious, you will find the true highlight of Villa Whispering Palms when you walk outside. Outside you will find your own private paradise with a large screened in lanai, outdoor kitchen and custom pool, with a brand NEW hot tub. This pool is perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, splashing around or playing pool games. Plenty of outdoor furniture gives you and your guests plenty of options for where to relax and take in the Florida fresh air. Spend your evenings relaxing on the large outdoor couch and electric fireplace. Make yourself a drink and enjoy the views of the canal. Villa Whispering Palms sits on a large lot and has a spacious backyard. Here you have room to play a game of cornhole or walk down to the dock where you can fish or search for Southwest Florida Wildlife.
