The home is centrally located with Gulf Access, walking distance or just an easy bike ride to Cape Coral's vibrant downtown area where you can find Restaurants, Bars and Shopping. If you enjoy tranquility, but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 20 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a real Florida charming home. Coral Cottage features beautiful airy and beachy décor, the two bedrooms are fitting for two couples or a small family with two twin size beds and one king bed.
Coral Cottage can fit up to 4 guests very comfortable with this cozy set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a thought through floor plan and patio doors that bring in plenty of light when enjoying your vacation retreat. A designated desk can also be used to work remotely.
Upon entering the home, you have a view of the living room with views to the pool area and lanai.
From the fully equipped kitchen area with views of the outside or the formal dining area with garden views this home is just comfortable and a fantastic home away from home with a great island feel.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing on the boat dock and watching amazing sunsets with its western exposure. Please note the outdoor sitting area is screened in hower the pool area is open.
There is a seawall and a dock for saltwater fishing or boat docking.
