The home features a king primary suite with a private bathroom, two queen bedrooms, a fourth bedroom with two twin beds, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and garage and driveway parking.

Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your beach adventures.

Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time pet fee per stay.

HOUSE RULES

* Registered guests only. No unapproved overnight guests.
* No parties or events.
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* No smoking or vaping inside the home.
* Pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time pet fee per stay. Please add your pet to the reservation before arrival.
* Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.
* No glass containers in or around the pool.
* Pool heating is available October through May with advance notice and an additional fee.
* Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
* Place trash in the outdoor bins before departure.
* Wash dishes or start the dishwasher before checking out.
* Place used towels in the laundry room.
* Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
* Violations of these rules may result in additional charges or reservation termination.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

* Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
* Early check-in is subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. Guests may inquire after 11:30 AM on the day of arrival. Approval depends on how much cleaning time is needed, especially when guests checked out that morning.
* Late check-out is subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. In most cases, guests who need additional time may need to book an extra night.
